*Price based on an individual Teamcare Access Plan 1 policy with an annual premium of €246.48. **There is an 18 month waiting period for orthodontics. You must be between age 8 and 18 to avail of this benefit. Orthodontic cover of up to €1,000 is included in TeamCare Access Level 3 Plan and up to €750 on TeamCare Access Level 2 Plan.

There is no waiting period for investigative and preventative dental treatments from policy start date. *There is a 3 month waiting period from start date of the dental policy for minor treatments. **There is a 12 month waiting period from start date of the dental policy on major treatments. ***There is an 18 month waiting period for orthodontics. Member must be between age 8 and age 18 to avail of this. ****Policy covers up to 10 children & dependents, up to age 23.
