There is no waiting period for investigative and preventative dental treatments from policy start date.
*There is a 3 month waiting period from start date of the dental policy for minor treatments
**There is a 12 month waiting period from start date of the dental policy on major treatments
***There is an 18 month waiting period for orthodontics. Member must be between age 8 and age 18 to avail of this.
****Policy covers up to 10 children & dependents, up to age 23.
