When you attend any dentist on DeCare’s Direct Pay Network, you don’t need to fill out a claim form. DeCare will pay the dentist directly for the costs covered under your policy.
If your dental practice does not currently offer a direct pay service, you will pay your dentist as normal and then claim back the costs covered under your policy by sending original receipts to:
DeCare Dental Claims, IDA Business Park, Claremorris, Co Mayo.
If you would like to receive a copy of your policy documents or if you have any questions relating to your cover you can call our Customer Service Team on (01) 4086297. Alternatively, you can fill in the “contact us” form by clicking here and we will call you back.
You can renew your policy up to 14 days in advance of your renewal date. If you would like to review your cover, make a change to your current dental insurance policy or if you would like to update your personal details, you can call us on (01) 4086297. Please note, if you do not contact us your policy will automatically renew following your 14 day cooling off period.
