In this session, you’ll adopt a body-neutral, weight-inclusive approach to nutrition by exploring intuitive eating. You’ll learn to tune into your body’s natural hunger cues, focus on how food makes you feel, and break free from external food rules. You’ll receive practical strategies to help you incorporate intuitive eating into your daily life, with a focus on managing food-related stress and emotional eating.

  2. Apply strategies to integrate intuitive eating practices into your everyday routine.
  3. Use techniques to manage food-related stress and overcome emotional eating.

Avril Ivory

Anna is an international coaching psychologist and wellbeing consultant specialising in positive psychology and coaching psychology. She helps people learn, grow, and develop using evidence-based tools and techniques. Her approach is academic, practical, and applicable.

Through engaging workshops, coaching and psychoeducation Anna fulfils her passion for helping others to enhance their wellbeing. She believes that every person, institute, and organisation can be proactive in encouraging positive wellbeing and building mental health.

Anna is fully qualified with a BA in Psychology and MSc in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology (Distinction). She is a member of both the Psychological Society of Ireland and the British Psychological Society. She is also accredited with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (an endorsement only achieved by 1.6% of coaches).
