Anna McMahon is a Wellbeing Consultant and Coach specialising in positive psychology and coaching psychology. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. As a member of both the Psychological Society of Ireland and the British Psychological Society, Anna is also accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Passionate about helping others enhance their wellbeing, Anna integrates theory with practical application through psychoeducation, offering a balanced and effective approach to personal and professional growth.
